Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These terms apply to private hire vehicle (VTC) rides with driver booked with Lubaki Driver, Doudou Lubaki Nsungu, sole trader, SIRET 909 993 883 00018.

2. Booking

Bookings are made in advance on the website. A booking becomes final when the driver confirms it to the customer (by email, SMS or phone). Rides start from Paris, within a radius of up to 400 km.

3. Price

• The price displayed at the time of booking is an estimate calculated according to the route: flat rates apply for airports and train stations; otherwise, €1.60 per km with a minimum of €45.
• The price confirmed by the driver is the final price. It includes tolls and luggage.
• The customer may propose a price: it applies only if the driver accepts it.

4. Payment

No payment is requested until the chauffeur accepts the ride. After acceptance, you may pay online. If you choose payment on board, payment is due at the start of the ride, before departure, by bank card or in cash. An invoice is provided on request.

5. Cancellation and changes

• Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
• Cancellation less than 12 hours before the pick-up time, or the customer's absence at the meeting point: [To be completed]
• To change a ride (time or address), simply notify the driver.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services. The cancellation rules above apply instead.

7. Passengers and luggage

The vehicle accommodates up to 7 passengers. The number of passengers and pieces of luggage stated at booking must be respected.
